下午场的托福考题重复2021.7.10上午场原题，又是政府类！已经说累了，今年大概就是政府类元年吧，出现比例大大提升，还在备考的同学一定要准备点政府类的素材，平时也多练习练习！

下面，我们就来看下之前写好的考题分析吧~

这场的考题是新题，政府类的三选一，虽然题目是新题，但和2016.5.22的老题（写作营day 16练习）比较类似，如下：

Which is the most important thing for a country leader to assure the prosperity of the country?

1. Create more jobs for unemployed workers;

2. Improve the agriculture to ensure the low price of food;

3. Increase access to affordable house.

如果练过这道题的同学，应该比较熟悉，能发现其实这道新题除了第二个是改成了环境相关，另外两个几乎只是变了种说法，都是可以套用的。

最后提醒下，三选一题一定注意在全篇范围内，将三个选项都要踩到！

头脑风暴
破题时，如果大家觉得每个都挺重要的，不太好说，那么可以想象出一个具体的城市，比如你生活的城市，或者你比较了解的城市（比如北上广这些大城市），针对这个城市去进行选择，就会更容易选出最需要改进的那个，也更容易写出具体、细节的内容。

一、提供更多更廉价的房子

好处：

① 更多人能安居乐业，生活压力更小。

② 居民们更多的钱可以用在消费上，带动当地市场发展。

坏处：

① 廉价的房子如安置房，时常环境不太好，没有人愿意去住。

② 廉价的房子一般地处偏远，不方便，没有人愿意去住。

二、减少空气和水污染

好处：

① 提升整个城市的环境，更加宜居。

② 长期来看，对居民的身体健康有帮助。

坏处：

① 减少污染是件很困难的事情，很难快速见到成效。

② 减少污染可能会影响到经济发展。

三、给这地区招商

好处：

① 增加工作岗位，让当地居民都能有工作安居乐业。

② 增加工作岗位，吸引外来人才。

③ 增加收益，有更多的税收去建设这个城市。

坏处：

① 可能会带来环境污染，对当地居民身体健康造成威胁。

② 可能会招来失败的投资，浪费钱。

参考思路

立场：

选C, attract new business to the city or region

1. On the one hand, new business generates abundant job opportunities, creating a much more vibrant regional economy. // This is mainly because when those new companies, like star tech startups, come to a certain city, 他们会吸引或留住retain很多人在这个城市。

With a higher salary, these clusters of talents would spur the local community’s prosperity and equity.// Take Chengdu for example. After several-year continuous efforts, the local government of Chengdu has brought in some well-known internet companies like Tencent to have a branch office here. As those tech giants settle in, 那个片区的人才越来越密集.

To meet their demand, 那个地区的infrastructure越来越好：fancy shopping malls, better education systems, and great housing options. In a word, 如果没有这些科技巨头的加入，成都不会像现在这么有活力。

2. On the other hand, the other two options are either ineffective or impractical. // For one thing, providing more affordable house may turn to be a waste of money. For instance, to alleviate civilian’s financial pressure, my hometown has provided 很多廉价的房子。但因为价格低廉，这些房子一般都在outskirts，距离大多数人工作的地方很远。Even worse, since 他们远在郊区，那些地方治安也不好，人员混杂。Therefore, until now, 那里也有80%的房子是空置的。

// For another, to combat pollution is usually much easier said than done. Admittedly, 为了长期的生态平衡和人类的身体健康，formulating careful regulations like monitoring factories’ emissions of toxic chemicals is a must. However, this practice takes time to see the result, which also often has an adverse impact on the economy. 如果只是把钱花在保护环境上，这个城市最终很有可能变成无人问津的小山村。
