本场托福考试依旧沿袭口语考察近期题目，所以有一套重复了3月托福题目。写作方面，学术写作死磕“工作类”题目，考察灵活工作制以及“共享工作”，而托福综合写作则延续老题重复，托福旧题。

主题：是否要限制野马数量

阅读部分：
1.野马导致土壤枯竭。
2.野马与其他动物抢夺粮食。
3.降低水质，并影响小鱼生存。

听力部分：
1.野马只吃植物一部分，同时其排泄物对于土壤和植被有促进作用。
2.为其他动物带来好处。
3.海狸才是鱼类数量降低的元凶。

灵活工作时间利弊

Next week,we'll examine some challenges that managers face.Consider this:many managers give employees the freedom to set their own working hours.But other managers do not allow flexible schedules,arguing that they create problems.In industries where flexible work schedules are possible,do you think this policy would bring more benefits than adversities?

Flexible schedules are a good idea.For example,they could eliminate the problem of employees being late to work.

Paul
Claire makes an interesting point,but I'm not convinced.If an employee is unavailable at a time of day when most people are doing business,that might be inconvenient and even frustrating for others.

这个题是讨论灵活工作的制度。从员工的角度来讲，灵活工作的制度带来的自由是非常有吸引力的，但是从公司运转的角度来说，灵活工作的制度又会有效率上的问题。这个题对于没有任何工作经验的学生来讲，是有一定的难度的，工作类的题在托福写作中还是经常会遇到的，建议各位没有工作经验的考生一定要在平常多积累思路和例子。

1.First,flexible schedules are an effective remedy for tardiness,which often causes pressure and anxiety for employees.When they are no longer bound by rigid routines set by alarm clocks,they tend to feel more at ease,and as a result,more dedicated to their work.
首先，灵活的安排可以有效解决迟到的问题，这个问题会经常给员工带来压力和焦虑。当员工摆脱了依靠闹钟来提醒的很固定的日常，他们会觉得更轻松，因此也会对工作更上心。

2.Furthermore,flexible schedules can boost work efficiency,as employees are less likely to slack off and more motivated to complete their tasks quickly.
此外，灵活的制度可以提高工作效率，因为员工会更少摸鱼，更有动力尽快完成工作。

1.First,idleness may arise from flexible schedules and significantly affect work efficiency.Accustomed to a more relaxed pace of work,employees may become reluctant to take on responsibility or merely pay lip service when assigned taxing and demanding tasks.
首先，灵活的制度可能会滋生惰性，从而影响工作效率。当员工已经习惯了比较轻松的工作节奏后，当遇到强度比较大的工作时，他们会逃避责任或者只是敷衍一下。
2.Furthermore,most projects in a company require teamwork,which can conflict with the concept of flexible schedules.Group discussions and presentations are frequently part of their daily work,where all employees need to be present and actively engaged.
另外，公司里大多数的项目都需要团队合作来完成，这和灵活工作的理念是相悖的。员工的日常工作中，经常需要小组讨论和演讲，这需要员工都能同时出席并积极参与。

主题：海燕是否会灭绝

阅读部分：
1.捕食者，例如猫。猫是外来物种，大量捕食Petrel。
2.人类活动带来更多的干扰，例如光。Petrel受到吸引，受伤或者死亡。
3.捕鱼活动误伤。

听力部分：
1.保护它们免受捕食者伤害，例如栅栏。
2.关闭灯光，这个措施在特定时间有效；政府可以指定法律。
3.调整捕鱼活动，下网的时间改为夜间等措施。

Today,we are going to discuss an emerging work arrangement known as job sharing.Job sharing is a type of employment in which one full-time position can be shared by two part-time workers that is,the two people share the work,hours,and pay of one job.Do you think the job-sharing arrangement is a positive trend?Why or why not?

Claire
I'm not sure job sharing is a good idea.I think it would be too confusing for employers to keep track of who is working on which day or who is responsible for certain projects.

Paul
I think job sharing can lead to more fulfilling lives for a lot of people.Some people want to spend time developing their hobbies or taking classes,for example.

这又是一个和工作相关的题目，只要遇到这类题，在想理由时考虑的方向大多都是工作和生活的平衡以及工作效率的高低。除此之外，促进就业以及收入的高低也可以成为我们写这类题的理由。

1.I don’t think a job-sharing arrangement is a sustainable practice because it can lead to inconsistency in work,requiring more time and effort to resolve issues.Capabilities and work styles vary from individual to individual,making it unlikely for one person to be on par with another in terms of work quality and efficiency.
我不认为Job-sharing的安排是一个可持续的做法，因为这会导致工作中的不连贯，从而需要花更多时间和精力来解决工作中保持一致的问题。每个人的工作能力和工作风格都是不同的，在质量和效率上，很难找到两个差不多的人一起来完成同一个工作。

2.In addition,job-sharing may cause employees to slack off,as the arrangement discourages them from gaining a sense of accomplishment from their work,as well as a high salary,both of which can dampen their enthusiasm for the job.

1.地球气候多次变化，前几个阶段的变暖都没有导致大脑变小。
2.全球人类都大脑变小，但是不同地球的人类的食谱并不一致。
3.肌肉变小的幅度有限，无法解释大脑的变小。
